Okay, more and more newbies keep coming and wasting memory. I doubt they actually read the rules before they join. What should we do?

make part of registering that they have to answer a question on the rules. Then they'd have to read them.

Yeah, that's a good idea! but before we ask the questions, we should say, "The following page contains questions about forum rules. If you do not know the rules, go back to the forum and read the rules as a guest" or something like that.

Yes,otherwise it would be unfair. Do you have to accept them personally Nella? UIF so you could change the question each time so that they can't tell each other what the question is.

Does it really waste THAT much memory? Especially if they don't post.

Can't you just delete them if they prove inactive for a month or something?

....It is annoying. Plus it builds up over time, so yes, it does and WILL take up memory.
